Blast Parser:

This a tool that helps parse outputs from NCBI/TIGR BLAST (tBlastx, Blastn, Blastp, CDD Blast) etc. written in VB Script. The Blast output is parsed to return values such as GBID, Description, Lengths, E-value, Identity percentage, Number of Gaps, etc. The parsed results is saved into an MS Access Table. Requirements: Windows 98 or latest, MS Access, Java.
