SAF

SAF is a small program written in C, based on Bowcock et al. (1994), to find the Shared Allele Frequencies (SAF) among genotypes. It computes useful summary statistics like the Minimum, Maximum and Average SAF and percentage of SAF. It also produces a distance matrix based on SAF that can be used to plot a dendrogram, if required, using software such as NTSYSpc.
